Nihilism's grip, tearing the world apart.
Infinite space, indifferent, cold, and stark,
Humanity's quest is a futile, endless arc.
No purpose, no destiny, no guiding light,
Nihilism whispers, "In the end, all are finite."
In shadows we dwell, in darkness, we roam,
In this nihilistic abyss, we find our home.
No gods, no truths, no solace from despair,
In the void, we embrace the emptiness we bear.

I find solace in the dawn's embrace.
But as the light breaks the dark of night,
It seems to push me, a silent, subtle fight.
A force, unseen, whispers in my ear,
The shadows, the solitude, drawing near.
For in the daylight's harsh, unforgiving sway,
I find my sanctuary slipping away.
The brilliance blinds, it burns and sears,
Unveils my fears, unearths my tears.
In the realm of shadows, I long to stay,
Where the light, with a gentle touch, keeps me at bay.
The sun, a cruel reminder, so relentless,
But in the darkness, I find my defence.
Yet, still, I tread, in this eternal ballet,
As the light, and I, in a dance, push me away.
